All decisions of the MN Deer Hunters Association Office are final. All proceeds from raffle will support MDHA programs in education, habitat and advocacy. MN Deer Hunters Association is Non-Profit. Prize Winner is responsible for all applicable state taxes, license, registration fees, insurance, dealer preparation charges and other expenses. Prize is awarded by MN Deer Hunters Association Office and Executive Board in cooperation with winner’s local chapter. Prize Winner agrees to take delivery at a participating Local Marketing Association (LMA) Chevrolet dealer (Participating dealership list provided by LMA) convenient to their home address. Prize winner will receive a factory equipped 2022 model year Chevrolet Silverado Pickup Truck (MSRP $40,000). Prize winner will be randomly selected from all entries at MDHA Office 460 Peterson Road, Grand Rapids, MN 55744. Raffle tickets must be purchased for $10 each from an MDHA Representative.

Made a fake resume, and responded to craigslist ads with both male and female names.
So then I thought "what about someone looking for working class jobs?" So I decided to focus on restaurants- servers, hosting, etc.
Out of 100, my applications with a female name got 45 responses to interview The female resume was 650% more likely to get a callback. Out of 100, my applications with a male name got 7 responses for interview. I'd send it out with my real name, then a few days later (or few days before) with a female name.
So I took my CV and changed the name to a female name. It's MUCH better being a woman So I did an experiment, I work in CS and decided to test what the gender bias is.
